I am an owner of an operating business that outgrew its existing location in a building we purchased years ago. We located a place to create our new more spacious headquarters and would no longer need the building we were operating out of which we had purchased many years before. The financing he arranged was at an interest rate 3.5% below that which we were considering accepting before we were introduced to Sam. And as an added benefit, the new corporate line of credit which he set up for us was at a lower interest rate than we previously had.
