Samuel Guss, the principal and founder of Red Oak Capital Advisors, has over 30 years of proven expertise in commercial real estate. He has completed over $4 billion in simple and complicated commercial real estate transactions. With a background that includes working as a practicing attorney as well as a principal, Sam brings a wide perspective to his advisory role.
Before creating Red Oak, Sam practiced law, was Vice President of Acquisitions at Integrated Resources, spent 12 years at Sonnenblick-Goldman where he was a Partner, and ran the New York Office of Kennedy Wilson. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Finance and Accounting, and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
